The Mystery of Fashion.

Mi piace come scrive Simone Marchetti.
In un’intervista ha detto: ‘The women [in my show] don’t change their look from day to day. They have figured out who they are – that’s what makes you iconic, by the way. Figure out who you are, figure out what you like, figure out what you look good in.’ (Daily Mail Tom Ford) .
The lost (last?) genius

Looking at theese pictures, we all know that this is the last collection of Alexander McQueen. He had such a brilliant way to think fashion. And, even if his creations will last forever, the brilliance that illuminated the fashion world is gone.
Any substitute?
Ohh..you shouldn’t have!

Actually this is my new fragrance, Bulgari Jasmine Noir. It’s very sweet and sensual and it matches with my skin’s smell. Sometimes the perfume’s scent on the tester is completely oppose when I put it on the skin. My sister gave me this for my birthday and she tries the perfume on her but she said it was awful on her skin. It’s chemistry I guess. And this is fascinating because even if the battle is the same for every woman , it will be unique on you. Unvolontary customization. In the Bulgari box there was the perfume and morover a delicious little satin pochette which, sometime, makes the difference. A bag is always a bag. And I’m a woman.

When that morning I put my little foot in office I was so nervous. It was like staying in a washing-machine. Informations to remember, people to know, things to do. I was a support for the retail store coordinator Italy , a lovely person who has choosen me instead of many other people. She believed in me when even I didn’t believe in myself. I’ll always be thankful for this, and she always has a special place in my heart. It was like a dream to me, having the chance to be a little part of this company, because it rapresent the “Made in Italy” and fashion in every possible way.
I’ve met three girl, each one special for several reasons. We’ve spent together many funny and even touching moments. We talked and laughed a lot and the time went by so quickly. I love them. Everytime I look in their eyes I remember all the beautiful moments spent. And this will never change. Now we’re going to grap our lifes by the wrist. Choises to make and maybe different ways but what we’ve been through together will stay with us.
Thank you for all this, M., Ele, Eli, Fede.

Looking at the Milan Fashion Week, we’ve seen so many glamour colthes. Gucci, Armani and all the Made in Italy are able to interpret woman’s evolution in every form.
But we have to learn how to look elegant, fashion, without spending a fortune.

“I want to start a revolution from my bed..”

Sometimes I wonder if the future will be reaching any place anytime in a glance, or staying at home and be able to manage all the business from our computer. For many years, technological transports and shorten distances have been revolutionary changellenges. But now, we have the power to buy, work, pay the bills, even order a pizza from our bed.
As fashion interested, but more as woman, I discovered another way to shop. No more traffic, bad weather, parking.
Here we are, the faboulous YOOX.
Yoox is a shopping platform, well organized in designers, colours, size, price range, type of articles. You can choose one or even all the parameters and it’s done. You have your fashion clothes according to your wishes.
What’s really amazing in all this, is time. In about two or three days, your purchase will be delivered to your house.
Aren’t you so sure if the high heels match with your Balenciaga bag? No problem. You can return the article, for free.
So fashion can be a little more close to us and this, in my opinion, is the main feature of the future fashion world.
One click and all your favourite designers will knock at your door.
Isn’t it great?
Good beginning, good end?

What’s better than writing?
In this changed world made of ever connecting people, to be on line is a must.
So, why not. An italian girl writing in english about fashion, opinions, life.
Are we global, right?
